“ How to Increase your profits through delivering a better customer experience”

Posted by Jim on November 11, 2012  /   Posted in Blog, Training

In the expanding economy of recent years it was easy for businesses to fall into the trap of believing that business growth was the only game in town- customer acquisition; new markets and sectors and the lower cost of customer acquisition were the only business drivers that really mattered.

Compare that to our current economic landscape- customers are disappearing and revenues are shrinking; the cost of customer acquisition has risen as opportunistic sales disappear while the challenge is now to retain existing customers and increase share of wallet opportunities.

Meanwhile customers are demanding greater value and commitment from their suppliers. The dynamic of the customer /supplier relationship has tilted strongly in favour of the latter.

In this masterclass James Coyle, director with JCR Network Services,  will talk about how to develop your own customer experience that goes beyond  “me too” customer service, is difficult to replicate by your competitors and which can be delivered consistently at every customer touch point- offering an opportunity to drive growth through delighting your customers.

James comes from an international marketing and sales background and has taken many businesses on the journey of discovery leading to improved sales performance and profitability through creating customer experiences for their customers.

With the City of Culture 2013 almost upon us there has never been a better time to rise to the challenge of delivering a true customer experience for all your customers!
